美的电器股利分配政策研究
摘　要：股利分配政策是上市公司对盈利进行分配或留存用于再投资的决策问题，在公司经营中起着至关重要的作用。本文首先介绍了股利政策的主要内容，接着从美的电器的发展概况入手，介绍其股利分配政策并分析其特点，发现该公司股利支付率比较稳定，股利支付形式丰富且股利政策连续。在此基础上对影响美的电器股利政策的公司因素进行较为深入的探讨。

Research on Midea Dividend Policy

Abstract：Dividend policy are decision-making problems which listed companies have made to decide whether to distribute earnings or reinvest retained earnings. It plays a vital role in the company. This paper firstly introduces the main content of dividend policy. Then it introduces the development of Midea and its dividend policy, analysis of dividend distribution policy of its features, found that the company has continuous dividend policy, the dividend rate is relatively stable and rich in the form of dividend payments. Finally it makes a more thorough discussion on the company factors which influence dividend policy options.
