浅析信息化时代公共决策信息支持系统的完善
摘  要
公共决策的制定是政府行政管理的核心环节，它决定着政府行政管理的目标和方向，是影响行政管理效率的关键因素，其结果涉及到国家和人民的根本利益。随着经济全球化的趋势，随着互联网及其它计算机网络技术的发展、决策者决策时需要考虑更多、更复杂的制约因素，决策速度要求更快,对决策信息量的要求也越来越多。面对这些趋势和变化，公共决策制定者必须需要新的、更强大的决策信息来帮助他们制定有效而正确的决策。胡锦涛总书记在十七大政治报告中强调，推进决策科学化、民主化，完善决策信息和智力支持系统。这一要求，为推进我国公共决策信息支持系统的建设无疑具有重大的现实意义。

ABSTRACT

Public decision making is the administrative management core link, it determines the government administrative management target and direction, is to influence the key factor the administrative efficiency, its result involves the fundamental interests of the state and the people。 With the trend of economic globalization, with the Internet and other computer network technology development, decision makers decision to consider when more and more complex factors, decision speed requirements for decision faster, are demanding more information。 Facing these trends and changes, public decision makers must need new, more powerful decision-making information to help them make efficient and accurate decision。 President hu jintao in ten seven political report emphasizes, promote decision-making scientific and democratic policy-making, perfect information and intelligence support system。 This request, to advance our country public decision-making information supporting system construction doubtless has the significant practical significance。
