摘  要:随着社会的发展与不断进步,秘书从业人员面临着新的机遇与挑战,在新形势下如何做好秘书工作是秘书人员所要解决的重要问题之一。而秘书与领导关系的处理无疑是秘书工作中十分重要的一项,本文从秘书与领导关系的定位及其处理入手,对秘书在与领导相处过程中应当具备的个人素养、工作能力、相处艺术以及原则做了简单论述,并且借古鉴今,用古代名人的事迹为今天的秘书从业人员提供经验教训。

On The Relationship Between Leaders and Secretaries
And the Ways They Get Along
 

Abstract: With the development and continuous progress of society, secretarial workers are facing new opportunities and challenges. How to do a good job in the new situation is one of the major problems secretarial workers need to deal with. The relationship between leaders and secretaries is undoubtedly a very important part of  the secretarial work. Based on the definition and approach of the relationship between leaders and secretaries, this article makes a simple discussion on the personal qualities, the ability to work, arts and principles of working together that are required of the secretaries in the course of working with their leaders. Besides, this article will also discuss some lessons learned from ancient stories. Modern secretarial workers can get a lot from those stories.
