当前中国领导干部腐败现状及防治措施
摘  要：近年来,腐败逐渐成为全球性的问题，是目前各国政府面临的共同挑战之一，是当今国际上的热点话题。腐败产生的原因可以分为五点：贪婪的人性、权钱划分失败、中国传统文化和资产阶级腐朽思想的负面影响、特权阶级的存在、制度不完善。如何有效的防治腐败可以通过创建社会主义法治社会，完善政治法治体制、完善监督体制、进行政治体制改革，推行党政职能分开、发挥秘书在防治领导干部腐败过程中的作用、合理运用现代生活工具进行反腐、国际合作,防治腐败。

The current status of China's leading cadres and prevention of corruption
 
Abstract:  In recent years, corruption has become a global problem, is the common challenge facing governments is one of the hot topics of today's international. The causes of corruption can be divided into five points: the human greed, power and money by failure, the Chinese traditional culture and the negative impact of decadent bourgeois ideology, the existence of privileged classes, the system is imperfect. How to effectively combat corruption by creating a socialist rule of law, improve the political rule of law, improve the supervision system, political system reform, the implementation of separation of party and government functions, play a secretary in the fight against corruption in the process of leading cadres, the role of rational use of tools of modern life the anti-corruption, international cooperation, prevention of corruption.
