加入WTO对中国秘书工作的影响

摘  要：进入新世纪，我国加快了入世的步伐。中国加入世界贸易组织是顺应经济全球化趋势而做出的一项重大战略决策，也是扩大开放，深化改革的必然结果。国内外环境的急剧变化以及政府职能改革，企业结构重组，这些无论是对政府秘书还是企事业单位的秘书工作都提出了更高的要求。面对新的挑战，秘书人员只能顺应形势变化，不断强化新技能、更新知识结构、提高素质修养，才能适应国际化、全球化的高标准和高要求。

On the Influence of China Secretarial Work after Entering the WTO
 
Abstract: After entering the new century, China accelerates the pace of joining the WTO. It’s not only a significant strategic decision of China’s joining the world trade organization as it follows the trend of economic globalization, but also an inevitable result of extending the opening and deepening the reform. The sharp change of domestic and foreign environment, the reform of government function, as well as the restructuring of enterprises, these all put forward higher request to the work of both government secretary and secretary of enterprises and institutions. Facing the new challenges, secretaries can only comply with the changing situation, unceasingly strengthen their new skills, update their knowledge structure, improve their quality accomplishment so as to adapt to the high standard and high demand of internationalization and globalization.
