浅析秘书腐败的原因及其对策

摘 要：近年来，秘书腐败的现象越来越严重，随着经济的发展，腐败有愈演愈烈之势。随着高官腐败，越来越多的人注意到，秘书腐败也浮出水面，而且还很严重。秘书腐败的原因主要有：主观方面，秘书人员工作的特殊性给秘书腐败提供便利，加之秘书人员思想认识不够高。客观方面，我国目前还没有统一的秘书选拔任用的标准，市场经济冲击人们的思维，我国民主政治水平不够高，以及秘书还没有职业化。这些都是秘书腐败的原因。要制止秘书腐败主要还应从提升秘书人员的专业素质，制定统一规范的秘书选拔任用制度以及完善法律制度几个方面来进行。

Mainly to stop the Secretary of corruption should also enhance the secretarial staff from the professional quality, to develop a standardized system of selecting and appointing a secretary and improve several aspects of the legal system to carry out.
