现代秘书人员心理动机与素质结构变化关系

摘  要：秘书心理学现在逐渐得到一些学者的研究，改变了以往只注重研究秘书工作的历史、性质、内容、程序、方法等，当然这种研究至今仍未形成系统或专业，它只是属于研究现代社会职业心理学的一个简单领域，它的所有研究方法仍然在一定秘书工作情境中使用心理学的研究方法，简单说就是运用心理学理论探讨人与人在系统活动中的各种心理现象的特点和规律。素质结构（quality structure），一般不理解为一个概念，而是一个组合概念，也就是人的素质十分复杂，但是它形成一种系统层次结构，恩格斯说过“我们所面对着的整个自然界形成一个体系，即各种物体相互联系的总体”，在当代，无论是社会科学还是自然科学都相当重视在研究中形成系统观，因为人们发现任何不同的事物或事物的不同方面都有着相对和绝对的联系，马克思唯物辩证法认为事物是普遍联系和发展的，素质也是有层次，各层次形成结构。

The relations between modern secretary personnel's psychological motivation and quality structure
 
Abstract: Secretary psychology now gradually received some scholars' research which has altered the focal point on research of the secretary's history, nature, contents, procedures, methods, etc. Of course, this research still does not form a system or profession. It only belongs to a simple field of occupational psychology research in the modern society. Its research method is still the way used in secretarial work situation. Shortly, it is using psychology theory to discuss the characteristics and regularity of psychological phenomenon when people and people are in the system activity. Quality structure generally don't understand as a concept, but a combination concept. Namely, people’s quality is very complex, but it forms a kind of system gradation structure. Engels said "the whole nature that we faced forms a system, namely the overall that various objects interconnect." In contemporary, whether in social science or natural science, all pay more attention to form the system view during the research. Because people find any different things or different sides of something all have relative and absolute contact. Marx materialist dialectics thought that things contact and develop wide spreadly. Quality also have layers, each layer forms structure.
