当前信访工作中存在的问题
摘  要：随着社会主义市场经济的发展，信访作为联系政府和人民群众的纽带，在社会中发挥着越来越重要的作用，成为人民为自己争取合法权益的重要途径。但是处在转型期的中国，各种制度还不是很健全，各种利益关系还不是很协调，社会中还存在着各种矛盾，这使得信访工作也存在诸多的问题。本文从社会的实际情况出发，探究当前社会中信访工作存在的主要问题，以及存在这些问题的原因及解决问题的对策。

Abstract：Along with the development of the socialist market economy as a link, the complaint of the government and people in society link plays more and more important role in people's gain for themselves, become the legitimate rights and interests of the important way. But in the transformation period, various system in China are not very sound, various benefit relations are not very harmonious, society still exist contradictions, which makes the complaint also exists many problems. This article from the society of actual conditions, explore the current society the complaint, and the main problems of the causes of the problems and existing countermeasures to solve the problem.
