广东经济转型的实现途径与对策研究

 摘    要
改革开放以来，广东省抓住全球产业转移的机遇，利用劳动力成本优势、地理位置优越等条件，发展加工制造业，获得经济持续高速增长。近年来，随着生产资料价格上涨，工资增长，加上金融危机的冲击，使得原来依靠外需的经济增长模式受到了严峻的挑战，经济快速增长的可持续性受到质疑。广东必需加快转变经济发展方式，提高产业竞争力。
本文主要针对广东经济发展过程中出现的问题，提出经济转型的策略，包括发展高等教育，实行人才强省战略；提高企业自主创新能力，建立自主品牌；通过产业链整合，提高产品利润率等。同时还指出企业与政府经济转型时应承担的责任。提出经济转型的实现途径，使广东经济实现从出口导向到内外需并重，从低端加工业到高新技术产业的发展优化资源配置，在此基础上提高产业竞争力，促进经济更好的发展。

Abstract

Since carried out the reform and open policy, Guangdong Province has seized the chance of global industry shift, use the labor force cost advantage and the advantage of geographical position to develop processing manufacturing industry. In recent years, however, with the raw material price rise, the wages rise and under the impact of financial crisis's, Guangdong’s economic growth ,which depend deeply on foreigner’s demand , face a critical situation . We have to think twice about it’s economic developing pattern. To get to a higher place Guangdong Province need to speeds up the transformation of its economic development. This article is mainly talking about the strategies towards the problems of   Guangdong's economic development, including  develop higher education; improve the capability of independent innovation and  the establishment brands; improve product margins  through the integration of industrial chain, and so on. The article also point out that enterprises and the government should bear different responsibility during the economic transformation. It also proposed ways to realize economic transition, so as to change Guangdong's economy from low-end processing industry to the development of high-tech industries optimize resource allocation, on this basis, to improve industrial competitiveness and promote economic development and better
