低碳经济下我国轮胎行业的发展现状、问题及趋势分析
摘要
随着经济的发展，环境问题日益严重，逐步提升为人人都十分关注的焦点问题，环境问题已经反作用影响着经济的发展。烟雾、光化学烟雾和酸雨等的危害，大气中二氧化碳浓度升高将带来的全球气候变化，也已被确认为不争的事实。在此背景下，“碳足迹”、“低碳经济”、“低碳技术”、“低碳发展”、“低碳生活方式”、“低碳社会”、“低碳城市”、“低碳世界”等一系列新概念、新政策应运而生。发展低碳经济已成为不可逆转的时代潮流。低碳经济提倡环保节能的新要求形势。而汽车作为二氧化碳排放第二大行业无疑会有更为严格的节能排放标准和要求，对与之配套的轮胎必然会提高更高的节能减排、环保、安全的技术要求和标准，轮胎消费需求市场的变化必将迫使轮胎企业加快调整产品结构和优化升级。低碳经济，其必将对轮胎行业引发较大的变化和调整。在低碳经济下，分析我国轮胎生产现状，存在的问题以及面临低碳经济的挑战，得出我国轮胎行业向节能环保方向发展的趋势，并提出了发展节约环保型轮胎的建议策略。轮胎企业应提高对发展低碳经济重要性的认识，积极推进节能减排，着力推动产业和产品结构调整，推动绿色轮胎发展，提高自己的核心的竞争力。

Abstract
With the economy development, environmental problems have become increasingly serious, and gradually everyone is very concerned about the focused problems. Environmental problems have been counterproductive impact on economic development. Smoke, photochemical smog and acid rain and other hazards, atmospheric carbon dioxide concentration will lead to global climate changing, and it has also been recognized as an undisputed fact. In this context, the "carbon footprint", "low-carbon economy" and "low-carbon technologies", "low-carbon development", "low-carbon lifestyle", "low-carbon society", "low-carbon city", "low-carbon World "and a series of new concepts, new policy came into being. Low carbon economy has become an irreversible trend of the times. The low carbon economy advocates the new requirements of protecting environment and energy. The automotive industry as the second largest carbon dioxide emissions is no doubt that there will be more stringent emission standards and energy-saving requirements for it, a complete set of tires will definitely improve the higher energy saving, environmental protection, safety requirements and standards, consumers demand for tires changing in the market which will force the tire companies to speed up the adjustment of product structure and the optimization and upgrading. In the low-carbon economy, the tire industry is sure to be changed and adjusted. In the low-carbon economy, the essay is to analysis our country tire production the present status, problems and challenges faced by low-carbon economy, and it is come to that China's tire industry should be follow the direction of the trend of energy saving and environmental protection, moreover, put forward the advices and strategies of development the environmental tires. Tire companies should raise the awareness of the importance of the low carbon economy, and actively promote energy conservation, efforts to promote industrial and product structure adjustment, promoting green tire development, and improve their core competitiveness.
