我国高新技术产品出口现状及发展探讨
摘    要
随着时代的进步，高新技术产业水平的高低，已成为衡量一个国家国际竞争力强弱的标志。高科技产业作为一种新型的、强大的生产力，在当今经济社会中发挥着越来越重要的影响。近年来，我国的高新技术产品对外贸易也随着经济的增长，得到了一个很大的提升。我国高新技术产品出口的增长迅速，使我国逐步成为高新技术产品的出口大国。但是，在快速发展的同时，也出现了一系列的问题。例如自主创新能力差、附加值过低、出口产品结构失衡等问题。本文通过对中国高新技术产品贸易现状的分析 ，发现这些问题，并针对这些问题，对改善我国高新技术出口提出一些建议和对策，为促进我国高新技术产业的发展出一份力。

Abstract
With the progress of The Times ,The level of high-tech industry has become a sign to measure whether a country's international competitiveness is strong or weak . High-tech industry as a new and powerful productivity, has plays more and more important influence in today's economy and society. In recent years, With the growth of economic, China's high-tech products of foreign trade also obtained a lot of ascension. Since the exportation of China's high-tech products grows rapidly, it has made our country gradually becomes a high-tech product export power. But at the same time as rapid development, a series of problems arise. For example the innovation ability of independent, and low value-added, and structure imbalance of export products, etc. So this paper through the analysis of the current situation to the Chinese high-tech products trade, found these problems and in the light of these problems, in order to promote the development of China's high-tech industries and developed a force.
