摘要

镀铝膜由于具有优良的阻隔性能和漂亮的光泽效果,近年来在软包装领域的应用越来越广泛,但是它给我们带来方便的同时,也产生了数量庞大的不可降解废弃物。目前此类材料的回收利用存在着很多不完善性,给环境带来了又一巨大压力。
为了改善此种材料的回收现状、找到操作简单、回收率高、经济效益好的回收方法,本文进行了一些探索,最后找到两种比较合适的回收方法,一种是用冰醋酸溶液作为剥离剂,将PET镭射镀铝膜的粘合剂溶解掉;另外一种回收方法是利用草酸和四氢呋喃的混合溶液作为剥离剂,将PET真空镀铝膜的粘合剂溶解掉。这两种实验方法将铝与塑料薄膜分离开以后,经过过滤、洗涤、干燥等步骤可以直接回收到单质铝,同时也可以回收到塑料薄膜。该回收方法和此材料目前的回收利用技术相比,优势非常明显:能够在不溶解铝的情况下,直接使其和塑料薄膜分离开,经过简单操作就可以回收到单质铝,回收率大大提高。

ABSTRACT

For the superior in the barrier and beautiful shine effect, aluminum laminated film is more and more widely applicated in soft packing area in recent years. While it gives us more convenient, however it also produced a huge number of non-degradable wastes. Nowadays, there are many deficiencies in the recovery and reuse of aluminum laminated film and this brings a great pressure on the environment.
In order to improve the recycling of this kind of materials and to find a more simple, economical and high recycling way, this text have done some researches and found two available methods, one is use the acetic acid solution as the stripping agent to dissolve the adhesive of the PET laser aluminum laminated film; the other way is take the mixed liquir of Oxalate and tetrahydrofuran as the stripping agent to dissolve the adhesive of the PET vacuum aluminum laminated film. Through the two experimental methods we can detach the aluminum and plastic film, after the filtration, washing, drying and other steps, we could directly get the aluminum and the plastic film. This kind of recovery of aluminum laminated film is obvious superior than the current recycling technology for the two methods could strip the aluminum laminated film into aluminum and plastic film without dissolve the aluminum and after some simple operations, we will get aluminum. What’s mote, this will improve the recovery and reuse of nowadays.
