中学生跨栏跑的心理障碍及自信心的培养
摘要：跨栏是一种技术比较复杂的运动项目，对初学者的心理造成一定影响。该项目的器材特点，技术难度等都是产生心理障碍的重要因素。这些心理障碍有怕栏高、怕碰栏、怕受伤、害羞、身体运动素质达不到过栏要求，心理素质脆弱，教学条件差，教学方法不当等。通过分析学生的心理因素及对心理障碍产生原因的探索来寻求克服心理障碍的各种方法，在教学中抓住学生的心理，针对他们的个性特点，因材施教，区别对待，先易后难，循序渐进，激发正确动机，克服感情障碍，克服他们在学习中遇到的种种困难。要注意培养他们的心理素质，特别要提高他们的意志品质和自信心，使他们由易到难完成技术动作，有助于学生消除心理障碍，这样才能更好的完成教学任务，提高跨栏教学效果，培养学生的自信心。

Abstract: Jumps a hurdle is one kind of technical quite complex movement project, has certain influence to beginner's psychology.This project equipment characteristic, the technical difficulty and so on all has the psychological barrier important attribute.These psychological barrier has feared the fence high, feared bumps the fence, feared is injured, shy, the bodily movement quality reaches does not have been to the fence request, the psychological quality is frail, the teaching condition is bad, the teaching method does not work as and so on.Through analyzes student's psychological factor and has the reason exploration to the psychological barrier to seek the victory psychology barrier each method, holds student's psychology in the teaching, in view of theirs individuality characteristic, teaches students in accordance with their aptitude, the difference treatment, starts with the easy and then does the difficult, proceeds in an orderly way, the stimulation correct motive, the victory sentiment barrier, overcomes them all sorts of difficulties which meets in the study.Must pay attention raises their psychological quality, must enhance their will quality and the self-confidence specially, causes them from easy to difficult to complete the technical movement, is helpful eliminates the psychological barrier in the student, like this can better complete the teaching task, enhances jumps a hurdle the teaching effect, raises student's self-confidence.
