摘要:烷基苯磺酸盐的一个重要生产步骤就是烷基苯的磺化,该反应工艺与技术在现代化工领域中占有重要地位,通过对目前国内外的工艺调查、分析、研究,对比各不同磺化工艺优缺点,采用燃硫法三氧化硫磺化技术进行烷基苯磺酸盐的生产。本文通过磺化、老化、中和及尾气吸收工序的工艺设计,展示了国内外烷基苯磺化的新工艺。设计采用意大利Ballestra 公司多管降膜式磺化技术,该技术工艺流程合理、设备结构简单、能耗低、产品质量好、环保。

Abstract: Sulfonation of benzene is an important step in the production of alkyl benzene sulfonate. The reaction process and technology occupies an important position in the modern chemical industry. According to investigation, analysis and research about resent technologies at home and abroad, use the method of burning sulfur and sulfur trioxide sulfonation technology to produce alkyl benzene sulfonate. In this paper, by the process design of sulfonation, aging, neutralizing and absorbion of exhaust, demonstrate new technology of the production of alkylbenzene sulfonate at home and abroad. In the article the technology of producing alkylbenzene ulfonate , which used pipes-membrane sulfonation technology of Ballestra Co. ( Italy) , has been introduced. The technology has many advantages: rational process, simple equipments in structre, low enengy expense, good proclucts and green.
