年产18万吨H2的水煤气变换车间设计
摘要:本文采用全低温变换法设计一个年产18万吨氢气化工厂中的变换车间。本设计是以造气车间转化的半水煤气为原料的。通过原料预处理、一氧化碳加压变换和变换产物的分离净化得到产物为净化气氢气和副产物二氧化碳,而净化气氢气作为合成氨的原料送入合成车间。全低变工艺的变换工段,有换热设备的热负荷低、催化剂的性能优越、生产操作条件较好等优点,且该工艺流程运行稳定易于操作,催化剂升温还原和硫化容易掌握。开车起动快,增加了有效生产时间。

A Design about water-gas shift workshop of hydrogen with Yields of 180,000 t/a
 
Abstract: This design introduce the whole low-temperature transformation method to design a transformation workshop in a chemical plant in the annual output of 180,000 tons of hydrogen. The raw materials of the design is semi-water gas comes from gas - producing workshop.The purified hydrogen and the by-product carbon dioxide was from the pretreatment of raw materials, pressure change and transform in monoxide and the separetion of the outcome.while the purified hydrogen will be sent to synthetic ammonia plant as raw material. All shift process of transformation steps has the below advantages of lower heat exchanger load, superior the catalyst performance, better conditions of production operations, and the process is stabler and easier to operate, the catalyst temperature reduction and sulfide are easier to control. So that it start driving faster, and it increase the efficient production time.
