有机硅改性水性聚氨酯胶黏剂的工艺设计
摘要:本设计以聚醚二元醇(PPG)、2,4一甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMAP)、烷羟基硅油等为主要原料,采用顺序加料法、丙酮法对水性聚氨酯(WPU)进行共聚改性,以提高WPU的耐水性,同时保持WPU的优良机械性能。设计主要包括工艺方案确定、反应物的物料衡算和反应釜设计,并绘制了反应釜设备图和有机硅改性水性聚氨酯胶黏剂生产的工艺图、车间布置图。另外,本设计还对市场前景作了简单分析,同时对经济成本进行简单的核算,并介绍了生产的安全操作与三废处理的方法。

A Design About The Production Process Of Water-dispersed Polyurethane Adhesive Modified By Organosilicon
 
Abstract: In this design, using polypropylene glycol(PPG),toluene diisocyanate(TDI),dimethylolpropionic acid (DMAP)and Organosilicon as raw material, gradual addition method and acetone method modified water-dispersed polyurethane adhesive. Through this way WPU improving the water resistance, while keeping good mechanical properties. This design covered the determine of the technology program、the materials balance and the process calculation of the reaction kettle. A process diagram for water-dispersed polyurethane ahesive production and the reaction kettle、the workshop layout. Furthermore, a simple industry prospect analysis、a simple economical check、 the safety operation and the treatment method with “the three wastes (waste gas, waste water and industrial residue)” also included in this design.
