年产800吨防焦剂CTP工厂设计
摘要：防焦剂CTP可用于天然橡胶和合成橡胶。它能有效地防止胶料在加工过程中发生焦烧，从而使压延机和压出机的高温、高速运转成为可能，提高硫化机的生产能力。本品还能提高胶料的贮藏稳定性，防止存放时发生自然硫化，同时对于已经经受高热或具有焦烧危险的胶料具有再生作用。本设计简要介绍目前国内外主要的防焦剂CTP生产工艺方法，并且对此进行了比较。本设计采用二环己基二硫化物，进行氯化反应后，用120#汽油作为溶剂，再与邻苯二甲酞亚胺发生缩合反应，最终得到产品防焦剂CTP。本设计的主要内容是：①论述设计的方案，生产规模；②叙述工艺设计；③物料衡算，设备选型（管式反应塔）；④设计工厂的平面布置；⑤经济概算；⑥图纸绘制。

Abstract：Anti-scorching agent CTP can be used for natural rubber and synthetic rubber. It can effectively prevent the rubber occurs scorch in the processing. So it is possible that the calendar, the extruder at high temperature, high-speed operation .and increase the production capacity of curing. The product can also improve the storage stability of the compound. To prevent the occurrence of natural vulcanization during storage. The design brief introduction to the current of major domestic and foreign anti-scorching agent CTP production and process methods, and was compared with them. This design uses dicyclohexyl disulfide, the chlorination reaction of 120# gasoline as a solvent, and then with phthalic phthalocyanine imine condensation reaction, and ultimately get products anti scorching agent CTP.This design mainly involves the following parts:
1、 Illustration the method and scale of this design.
2、 Description of process flow diagram
3、 Calculation of material balance and design of the equipment.
4、 Design of equipment arrangement and installation in the plant
5、 Calculation of economic benefits
6、 Completion of drawings
