年产200吨1_6己二醇工艺设计及甲醇精馏塔设计
摘要:由己二酸与甲醇酯化生成己二酸二甲酯,再加氢生成l,6-己二醇是近年来发展起来的一种生产l,6-己二醇的新方法。这种工艺具有原料方便易得,生产过程污染少,生产成本低等特点。本文以己二酸为原料,设计了常压酯化制备己二酸二甲酯、中压加氢制备l,6-己二醇的工艺。本文研究的加氢工艺具有原料处理量大,所需反应压力低的特点,反应压力低于8.0MPa,更加利与工业化。该工艺的反应条件较为温和,可在反应压力≤8.0MPa、反应温度≤250℃的反应条件下,将己二酸二甲酯加氢转化为l,6-己二醇。经过提纯后l,6-己二醇的纯度≥99%,能够达到聚合级要求。本文研发了一套完整的l,6-己二醇生产工艺技术,得到纯度≥99%以上的l,6-己二醇。

A Design about technics of 1,6-hexanediol and the tower of distillation with Yields of 200 t/a
 
Abstract: The new method for producting 1,6-hexanediol is by the esterification of adipic acid with methanol to produce dimethylene adipate,then dimethylene adipate is hydrogenated to produce l,6-hexanediol.A lot of research work has been carried out in recent years.This process has many advantages,for example less pollution and low operation cost of production and good feedstock availability.In this paper the esterification at atmospheric pressure and moderate pressure hydrogenation are studied.The condition for the hydrogenation is mild,the pressure is≤8.0MPa and the temperature is≤250℃.Under these conditions,dimethylene adipate is hydrogenated into 1,6-hexanediol. The purity of refined 1,6-hexanediol is≥99%,meeting the requirements of polymer production.An integrated process for 1,6-hexanediol production is developed. And the purity of 1,6-hexanediol is≥99%.
