市场经济条件下秘书工作转变存在的问题与对策
摘  要： 随着我国社会主义市场经济的建立和进一步完善特别是发展市场经济的实践，各行各业都需要做出相适应的改变；随着知识经济的兴起，信息化社会的形成，经济的全球化趋势，中国各行业秘书工作的相应的变化创新，成为时代的呼唤和要求。而秘书工作在这是几年来亦发生了很大的变化，不断地适应市场经济环境的发展，然而在做出这种变化的过程中，仍然存在着很多问题，这些问题需要解决才得以使秘书工作真正适应市场经济对其的要求。本论文首先展示秘书工作背景环境，秘书工作近年来取得的成绩，以及仍然存在的问题，再针对该问题提出相应的应对对策。

Abstract： With the establishment of China's socialist market economy and further improve in particular the practice of developing a market economy, businesses need to adapt to the changes made; With the rise of the knowledge economy, the formation of information society, economic globalization , the Chinese industry, changes in the corresponding secretary of innovation, the call of the times and requirements. Secretary for several years in which great changes have taken place, and constantly adapt to the development of market economy, but in the process of making this change, there are still many problems to solve these problems to make  the real work of the requirements of its market economy. This paper first shows the background environment secretary, secretary achievements in recent years, and the problem still exists, and then put forward for the corresponding response measures.
