秘书的知识构成和能力结构
摘  要：21世纪是知识经济的时代。无论是科学技术的竞争还是综合国力的竞争，归根结底都是人才的竞争。在秘书行业，随着我国加入WTO，市场经济不断的发展完善，企业发展道路拓宽，以及新兴科技和新型企业的出现，给秘书和秘书工作带来了崭新的机遇和严峻的考验，针对这样的形势，探究秘书的知识构成和能力结构是顺应时代发展的必然要求，同时对于秘书加快自身知识能力转型，培养高素质秘书人才，从而更好从事秘书工作，立足于长远发展也有着重要的意义。本文从解构秘书知识构成和能力结构的具体内容开始，分析当前我国秘书工作特点和不足，通过架构秘书所需的新知识和新能力来促进我国秘书素质的提升，从而丰满我国秘书行业的羽翼。

It becomes the necessary to explore the knowledge construction and ability structure of secretary, and meanwhile there is important significance for the secretaries to accelerate knowledge transformation, then do better and develop themselves in a long times. In this article, we start from deconstruction secretary knowledge construction and ability structure, Analysis current our country secretary job characteristics and the insufficiency, we through the framework of new knowledge and new skills to promote the secretary quality ascension, Thus plump wings in secretary industry.
