试论秘书人员公关意识与公关能力的培养
摘  要：面对日益复杂的市场经济和组织内外环境，组织在发展过程中搞好同公众的关系显得尤为必要和重要。秘书人员作为组织中重要而特殊的成员，为了出色地完成辅助决策和综合服务的工作职责，推动组织的长远发展，就必须树立科学的公关意识，培养较高的公关能力。而科学的公关意识主要包括塑造组织形象意识、服务公众的意识、真诚互惠意识等等。这些公关意识作为一种较深层次的思想意识，如果能内化到秘书人员自身素质和能力结构中，就可以对各项工作产生巨大的促进作用。结合当前社会形势以及秘书日常工作的要求，我们分析出秘书人员必须具备的一些公关意识和公关能力，并初步探讨了培养秘书人员的公关意识和公关能力的相关途径，这对秘书人员将大有裨益，使他们能够更好地应对新形势、新要求、新变化。

A Tentative Study on the Cultivation of the Senses and
Capabilities of Public Relations of Secretary Workers
 

Abstract: It is especially necessary and significant for the organization； which face gradual-complicated market economy and its environment inside and outside, to deal with its relationship with the public well. The secretary, as an important and special member in the organization must build up a scientific sense of public relations and cultivate a higher capability. A scientific sense of public relations mainly includes the sense of shaping the image of the organization, the sense of proving service for the public and the sense of sincerely mutual-beneficial. All these senses of public relations, a deeper level consciousness, will promote the various works a lot if they can be internalized into the quality and capability structure of the secretary., the paper analyzed some basic senses and capabilities of public relations and discussed some relevant ways of cultivating them on the ground of the current social situations and the requirements of the daily work of being a secretary workers, and make them adjust to the new situations, requirements and changes better.
