浅析秘书常见心理问题成因及对策
摘  要：为了在竞争日益激烈的社会中不被淘汰，现代秘书不仅每天要处理大量的文稿，而且要随时应对突发事件，并周旋于各部门之间，处理较为复杂的人际关系，做好各项协调工作。这些特殊工作性质，对秘书心理特征的形成有着重大的影响。每个秘书由于先天生理素质、后天生活环境和社会实践经历的不同,在心理活动中所表现出来的特点也是各不相同的，但就秘书工作所处的特殊位置来看，比较容易遇到挫折，引发相关的心理问题。本文针对当代秘书在工作生活中易出现的焦虑、嫉妒、失衡等心理偏差和被社会误解的苦恼，在分析秘书的心理特征和工作性质的基础上，探讨产生这些消极的心理的原因以及相对的解决方案，以便秘书在以后的工作中有更好的表现。

On causes and solutions of secretaries’ common psychological problems
 
Abstract ：For not being eliminated in the increasingly competitive society, modern secretaries not only have to handle a lot of manuscripts, but also need to deal with crises and juggle between various departments, handling complicated interpersonal relationships, to complete each coordination. These special nature of work has a significant impact on the formation of the psychological characteristics of the secretary. Because of different congenital physiological quality, acquired living environment and social practice experiences, every secretary’s characteristics in psychological activity are also shown by the different. But as the secretaty’s job is in the special position, secretaries are easier to encounter setbacks which cause related mental problems. Aiming at the psychological deviation such as anxiety, jealousy, imbalance and so on, as well as social misunderstanding distress of easy appeared during secretary’s working life , this treatise is on exploring negative psychological reasons and relative solutions on the analysis of the secretaries’ psychological characteristics and work nature, so that the secretaries will have a better performance in the later work.
