浅谈秘书犯罪
摘 要：近些年来秘书犯罪、秘书腐败现象呈现出严重的态势，党和政府、人民群众对此高度关注，专家学者积极寻求解决之道，政府也出台了一系列整治措施。然而，秘书犯罪现象非但没有得到有效解决，反而有日趋严重的态势，这令人十分担忧。本文将采取全面客观、科学冷静的态度分析目前秘书犯罪的现状、类型、特点以及危害，进而从中发现秘书犯罪与职业道德之间存在着怎样的关系，这种关系又给了秘书人员哪些启示。最后，本文将在对上述问题进行分析的基础上，寻找出一种旨在通过强化秘书人员内在修养来减少目前泛滥的秘书腐败现象的方法。

Brief Discussion On Secretarial Crime
Abstract: In recent years , the phenomena of secretarial crime and secretarial corruption are very serious . The Communist Party ,the government and the public pay close attention to this. Experts and scholars positively seek for measures to solve the problem.The government also took some measures to cope with it . However,the phenomenon of secretarial crime did not decrease,it is even more serious.This paper will take overall objective and scientific calm attitude to analyse the status ,type,characteristic and harm of secretarial crime . Then I will look for the relation between secretarial crime and professional ethics and secretaries can get what enlightenment .Finally ,after analysing above problems,this paper will seek for a solution to decrease the number of secretarial crime ,which mainly though strengthening secretarys’ intrinsic tutelage.
