关于农村基层秘书及秘书工作的调查报告
摘要：阅读书籍、浏览网页很少能看到有关农村基层秘书及其工作的文章，大量的论文著作都是大谈企业、机关秘书及其工作的规律、发展、存在的问题等，容易忽略农村基层秘书工作的情况。本文通过调查，了解了农村基层秘书及秘书工作的基本情况，观察了农村基层秘书工作的操作流程，体会了农村基层秘书的办事风格与效率，总结其实际效应，透视农村基层秘书及秘书工作中存在的问题，弥补秘书及秘书工作研究的空白，对基层秘书工作的改进具有很重要的意义。
