论我国企业秘书的政策分析职能
摘  要：进入21世纪以来，特别是随着我国加入WTO,加速融入国际市场，原有的秘书职能已经不再能够完全适应市场要求。在社会主义市场经济的中国，政策分析是企业发展所必需的，而秘书则是在目前的市场环境下最合适担当这项企业职能的人选。本文通过理论和实例从国内外市场经济发展历程中总结出政策分析是企业必不可少的一项职能，并且罗列适合此项职能的人员进行对比论证，结合各类人员的优势和劣势，探讨出秘书是最适合此项职能。最后，提出为了使秘书能够更好地胜任这项工作，秘书自身、企业和学校三方面需要共同努力，提高秘书人员政策分析的理论知识和实践经验。

On the enterprise functions of the Secretary of the Policy Analysis
 
Abstract: Since entering the 21st century, especially with China's accession to the WTO, to accelerate the integration into the international market, the original functions of the Secretary can no longer fully meet the market requirements. In the Chinese socialist market economy, policy analysis are essential for enterprise development, and the Secretary is in the current market environment to play the most suitable candidates for the functions of the enterprise. In this paper, the theory and examples of economic development from domestic and foreign markets summed up the course of policy analysis is an essential function, and a list of suitable personnel to carry out this function contrast argues that the combination of various types of personnel strengths and weaknesses, to explore the Secretary of the functions are most suitable. Finally, in order to enable the Secretary to better be able to do this work, the Secretary of their own, businesses and schools in three areas need to work together to improve policy analysis staff of the Secretary of the theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
