秘书写作的思维特点
摘要：思维是一种高级的认知活动，研究秘书写作的思维特点，有助于我们探索秘书工作的本质和规律。本文从六个方面分析了秘书写作的思维特点，即：思维格式的“套版效应、思维主体迎合客体、思维活动的被动性、思维过程的规约性、思维方式的逻辑性、思维途径的创新性，并针对这些特点，分析了秘书写作的思维特点的原因，即：公文写作的要求决定了思维格式的“套版效应”、秘书工作的辅助性决定了思维主体迎合客体 、秘书工作的被动性决定了思维活动的被动性、公文处理的规范性决定了思维过程的规约性、公文写作的逻辑性决定了思维方式的逻辑性。随后，分析了这些思维特点对秘书写作的指导意义，并探讨了秘书写作应该注意的问题，即：加强“套版格式”的训练、站在领导的立场看问题、使用规范的语言、规定的程式写作、加强秘书工作者逻辑能力的修养、秘书工作者应培养与时俱进的品质。

The thinking features of seretary writing
 
Abstract: Thinking is a high-level cognitive activity,to study the thinking features of seretary writing can help us  to explore the nature and law of seretary working.This passage analyzes the thinking features of seretary writing from six aspects,these are:registering effect of thinking format;thinking main body meets thinking object;the passive property of thinking activity; stipulation of an agreement of  thinking  process;the logic property  of thinking way;the innovation property  of thinking method.Then,this passage analyzes these guiding significance of thinking features  to seretary writing.and discuss the questions in seretary writing we should pay attention to,these are: strengthen the training of registering effect;thinking the questions in the leading role;use the norms language and forms to write;strength the cultivation of logic;bring up the quality of advancing with the times.
