论我国外企秘书的现状
摘  要： 外企是许多年轻人的梦想，外企秘书作为外企人中的一个群体，同样是令人向往的职业。但是在其外表令人眩目的光环笼罩下，他们的现实状况到底如何是令人关心的。本文通过综合分析的方法来探讨和剖析我国外企秘书的现实状况，包括他们素质要求的现状、工作的现状以及生存的现状和未来发展的前景，其中主要是介绍工作和生存的现状，特别是在现今世界金融危机的影响下，我国外企秘书的真实情况，比如他们的工作条件、工作环境、工资待遇、心理状态（尤其是巨大的心理压力），从中总结出我国外企秘书的个性现状，突显其中的时代性，显示这个时代我国外企秘书的现状，让大家能了解到一个更加真实、全面，并且富有这个时代特征的我国外企秘书的现状。
