xx街道办秘书工作现状的调查与思考
摘  要：随着市场经济的不断发展，对秘书工作提出了更高要求。推进社会主义新农村建设，加强和完善乡镇秘书工作就更加迫切。本次通过实地调查双桥街道办的秘书工作现状，详细记录了该处的日常秘书工作情况，包括卫生环境工作、组织接待工作、收发文处理、会议工作、电话事务等。总结概括乡镇秘书工作的基本状况，年轻化的趋势，工作年限比较短，工作能力比较强等。同时存在不足，综合素质有待提高，实践能力较弱，竞争意识淡化等。针对问题提出了加强和完善乡镇秘书工作的建议对策，努力提高秘书人员自身的综合能力，加强实践锻炼，完善秘书培养机制，发展壮大乡镇秘书队伍等等。解决乡镇秘书工作问题有重要意义性和迫切性，需要社会各界力量共同努力。

Abstract: Along with market economy development，secretary works sets a higher request.In order to strengthen the advancement socialism new rural reconstruction,perfecting villages and towns secretary works is more urgent. This time through on-the-spot investigation of  twinbridge street manages secretary work present situation,I detailed record this place daily secretary working including hygienic work, reception work, in-coming and outgoing message processing, conference work and so on. Now villages and towns secretary the working condition is youth oriented tendency, short working life,strong working ability and so on.Also it has Insufficient like the overall quality is not high, the practical ability is weak, the competitive spirit is weak. In view of these questions,I propose the countermeasure by myself.We can enhance secretary’s overall quality, strengthen the practice exercise, consummate secretary’s raising mechanism,develop and strength villages and towns secretary troop and so on. Solving villages and towns secretary working problem is very important and urgent,so entire community need pay the strength together.
