现代企业管理中相关激励理论及方法的综合研究
摘要】伴随企业制度的演进，现代企业制度业已成为市场经济下的主体组织形态。公司制、尤其是有限责任和股份有限责任制为代表的企业组织形态大量出现，对古典管理理论和方法提出了前所未有的挑战，本文主要对现代企业管理中的激励理论的进行综合研究，特别是通过委托—代理理论及此理论在国企中的的运用情况进行分析，最后以深圳地铁集团运营分公司为实例，对该分公司的基层员工及管理层进行调查、考证，提出该公司激励现状及提出是用建议。

【Abstract】As the corporation system develop, modern company system has become the main type in market economy. Corporate systems, especially limited liability and shareholding system , have shown up in many company. This article mainly talks about the motivation theories in modern corporations. And use trust- Agent theory to analyze the situation in nationalized business Shenzhen Metro LTD. as an example to analyze.
