深港合作背景下深港人力资源合理配置的对策研究
【摘要】随着CEPA不断丰富和深化、深港创新圈合作协议的建立和持续推进,为深港合作提供了新的发展机遇和动力。深港人力资源这一以长远利益为纽带的区域间合作,是未来两地合作的重要项目,对实现区域性共赢具有实质性意义。本文以深港合作背景下深港人力资源合理配置为主题,在回顾深港合作历史的基础上,采取实证分析及比较分析的方法对深港两地人力资源的状况进行同质性与互补性的分析,从而确立深港两地人力资源开发合作的基本对策与建议,以达到促进深港两地人力资源的合理配置的目的。

Shenzhen-Hong Kong Cooperation in the Context of the Rational Allocation of Human Resources Strategies Research
 
【Abstract】With the continuous development of CEPA,  the establishment and promotion of the Innovation Circle Co-operation agreement between Shenzhen and Hong Kong has provided new opportunities for cooperation. Human resources between Shenzhen and Hong Kong which is  long-term interests of regional cooperation, is an important item of the future co-operation between them and it has virtual meaning to realize the regional win-win situation. The article is in the background of the co-operation between Shenzhen and Hong Kong and its theme is the rational allocation of human resources of them. On the basis of recalling the history of the co-operation between Shenzhen and Hong Kong, it analyzes the homogeneity and complementarily of the human resource between them, using the method of comparing and giving examples, and therefore, the basic strategy and suggestion of development and co-operation between Shenzhen and Hong Kong are established, in order to achieve the promotion of rational allocation of human resources between Hong Kong and Shenzhen..
