【摘要】 目前,连锁餐饮企业群体已经成为中国餐饮业最具活力的部分。在各地餐饮市场上,扮演举足轻重角色的基本上都是连锁餐饮企业。但国内针对餐饮连锁业态的理论研究已经明显滞后于行业快速发展的现实。本文从深圳市本土餐饮业的代表面点王和诚泰为基础开始研究,探讨了连锁经营三种模式正规连锁、自由连锁、特许连锁的优势与缺点,指出发展深圳本土餐饮业连锁经营需要注意的问题。

【Abstract】Now,catering industry chain operations had been the most active in chinese catering industry the majority of them play a vital role in various region.However,theories of catering industry chain in our country had fell behind the development of catering industry chain seriously.The study investigates the advantages and disadvantages of chain-store operations which consist of regular chain(RC),voluntary chain(VC) and franchise chain (FC).It also points out problems of native ShenZhen catering industry chain operations
