中国传统商人精神研究——以明清晋商为例
【摘要】明清朝代的晋商，在国内和对外贸易方面取得相对于其它地方商业群体较大的成功，在内部管理方面建立了较为先进和完善的管理制度，其提倡的商业精神取得当时国人的认同，其部分精神在当代也同样适用。本文在查阅大量文献以及相关资料的基础上，先简要介绍晋商在过去两千年，尤其在近期五百年的发展情况，然后就其近五百年取得的成功作原因分析，再从其人才选拔培养机制，薪酬激励机制和商业伦理道德这三方面分析晋商在商业精神方面的特点，并总结出值得我们发扬和借鉴之处。

For example on Shanxi Merchants in Ming and Qing Dynasty
 
【Abstract】 Shanxi Merchants in Ming and Qing dynasties, in the our country and foreign trade have made more Success than other parts of the Merchants Groups, and in the internal management, Shanxi Merchants had build up several more advanced and perfect management system, the promotion of the commercial spirit in Shanxi Merchants had agreed by the people at that time. some of the spirit is also applicable in the modern times. In before this paper, I read a large number of documents and relevant information about Shanxi Merchants. In this paper, I will give a briefly introduce about Shanxi Merchants in the past two thousand years, particularly the development of recent five hundred years, and then analyze the reasons for the success on its nearly five hundred years. analysis the recruitment and selection system, pay incentive systems and market ethics and find out these three aspects  in the business spirit of Shanxi Merchants characteristics, and concluded we can learn from.
