摘要】当今世界,呈现出政治多极化和经济全球化的发展格局。科学技术迅猛发展,国家与国家、地区与地区、城市与城市之间的竞争更加激烈,这对深圳人才工作提出了更新和更高的目标要求。人才资源的优化使用和配置主要体现在人尽其才,才尽其用。对现有人力资源,既要盘活存量,又要激活潜能;既要重视整体规划,又要注重个体开发。本研究主要通过对人才内涵的定义,结合人才机制与使用效率的评价体系,围绕深圳城市存量人才的结构,透析本市人才机制运行与人才战略重心等问题,深层次挖掘影响深圳存量人才使用效率的因素,为本市人才的可持续发展提出针对性的策略。

【Abstract】In today's world, showing the development pattern of political multi-polarization and economic globalization.
