【摘要】中国是一个具有悠久历史的文明古国,在中国五千年的历史长河中创造了许多光辉的历史和灿烂的文化,同时留给后人许多宝贵的遗产,中国古代商人的人事管理思想在众多宝贵遗产中占有重要位置。本论文从中国古代商人的源流入手,阐述了中国古代商人人事管理的主要精神,探讨了中国古代商人的人际关系文化和价值观。在尊重史实的前提下,依据现代管理的知识分析中国古代商人人事管理的主要精神,并评价中国古代商人人事管理的现代意义。

A Study on Chinese Ancient businessmen Management Ideas
 
【Abstract】China is a country with a long history, it created a lot of brilliant history and splendid culture in five thousand years of Chinese history. At the same time, it left many precious legacy. Chinese ancient businessmen’s personnel management thought held the key position in the numerous precious inheritances. The paper take Chinese ancient businessmen’s history as the start, elaborate the main spirit of Chinese ancient businessmen’s personnel management, discuss the values and interpersonal relationship of Chinese ancient businessmen. Analyze the main spirit of Chinese ancient businessmen’s personnel management based on the modern management's knowledge, and appraise the modern significance of Chinese ancient businessmen’s personnel management.
