浅析政府解决小产权房问题的政策
【摘要】近两年来，购买小产权房的城市居民越来越多，小产权房问题在社会各个领域闹的沸沸扬扬。按照《土地管理法》的相关规定，小产权房是不合法的，城市居民购买小产权房存在巨大风险。本文从政府公共管理角度出发，通过分析小产权房的现状和政府在解决小产权房问题上的基本政策及存在的不足，本文认为政府必须从完善法律，加大执法力度，提高行政执法效力和规范土地征用行为方面加快解决小产权房问题。
