中美家禽贸易争端的案例研究
摘  要：本文通过中美家禽反倾销案的基本情况为研究对象，对中美倾销与反倾销贸易状况进行了实证分析。结果显示，中美两国家禽产品的产业内贸易水平普遍不高，大多为低质量的垂直型产业内贸易。中美两国贸易的发展潜力巨大，我国应采取积极措施改变当前的贸易劣势。最后针对分析结果提出了相应的对策和建议，从产品差异化、科技创新、政府支持等方面入手，引导和促进两国双边贸易的蓬勃发展。

A Research on Poultry Trade Disputes between China and the United States

Abstract：This article uses poultry trade dispute between China and the United States to make an empirical analysis about the present situation of dumping and antidumping. The result demonstrates that the poultry trade dispute between China and the United States is generally at a low level and also most of the trade belongs to low-quality vertical intra-industry trade. However, there is great potential for the development of poultry trade of this kind of product. So it is necessary for China to take up positive measures to change the passive situation. In the end, corresponding suggestions is raised to guide and promote the healthy development of bilateral trade between the two countries. The suggestions include product diversity, technological innovation, government support .
