普通高校大学生课余体育活动的现状分析
摘要
运用文献资料调研法，比较分析法等方法，对普通高校大学生参加课外体育活动的现状进行分析研究。结果表明，大多数学生关注体育的态度以及对余暇体育活动的主动性不高，活动场地以校内的运动场馆为主，大部分学生每周不同程度地参加体育活动但时间比较短，锻炼效果不高。大学生参加体育活动的内容向娱乐化方向发展，本文对高校大学生的体质现状，参与课外体育活动的态度、动机、组织与管理等，进行了较全面地分析，为学校体育的发展提供参考。

Abstract: By using the method of question naire,mathenatical,statistics and expert interview,thise paper makes analysis on physical activity condition of college students.The result shows that most of college students .Their attitude towards physical activity and leisure spore is not high.Their activities are confined to playground on campus.Most students take part in different way each week,but activity time is short and effect is not good.Their activity contents tend to entertainment.The authors thorough analyzed and expounded the following problems:the state of college students,the students’ attiude about and motivation of participating sport leisure activities,the organization and management of sport leisure activies.
