我国农产品期货市场发展问题研究
摘    要

自2001年加入WTO后，中国农产品期货市场高速快展，大大地推动了中国期货业的发和保持了国家的稳定。然而不能忽视的是，中国农产品期货在过去几年的发展中也暴露出不少问题，如相对于现货市场的发展来说仍相对落后、上市品种少结构不合理、开放度有待进一步提高投资主体结构有待进一步完善、农产品现货市场体系有待进一步完善、期货市场监管制度仍存在较大缺陷等。这些问题如果在未来几年里得不到有效的解决，或将影响农产品期货业的发展和对国家的稳定发展造成不良影响。因此，有必要继续优化农产品期货市场的运行体系、改善农产品期货市场发展的外部环境、进一步完善期货市场的监管机制。

Abstract

China has been experiencing a rapid development in the agricultural futures market since its entering into the WTO in 2001, which helps to develop the futures industry in China and to maintain the national stability. However, many problems emerged along the development of the chinese agricultural product futures in the past several years. For example, the agricultural futures market is still under-developed while it is compared with the spot market; the variety of products in the agricultural futures market is not rich enough while the structure is unreasonable; the agricultural futures market still needs to be opening up while the principle part of the investment needs improving; the agricultural spot market also needs impoving as the supervision mechanism of the futures market exists many vices. If these problems cannot be dealt with effectively within the following years, the development of agricultural futures industry and the sound development of the nation will be affected. Therefore, it is essential to continue optimizing the operational system of agricultural product futures as well as improving the external environment of agricultural product futures’ development and the regulation and management system.
