中国国债市场发展研究

在市场经济发达国家，国债是证券市场的基准金融工具，国债市场是证券市场的核心和主体，其发展直接关系证券市场乃至整个金融市场的繁荣与稳定。国债市场还是中央银行进行宏观调控的舞台，其发达与否直接影响中央银行公开市场业务的运作和宏观调控的效果。我国国债市场自1981年以来得到了长足发展，同时也还存在许多问题，如何解决这些问题，发展国债市场是我们目前面临的重大课题。本文从国债市场概述出发，探讨国债市场发展历程，分析我国国债市场的发展目标。围绕发展目标，从国债发行市场、流通市场两方面展开对我国国债市场现状分析，并借鉴国外国债市场发展的成功经验，针对我国国债市场具体情况，提出了相应的改进措施和建议。

Abstract

Treasure bond is standard finance instruments at the flourishing nation of the market economy.The development of treasure bond market has a direct effect on the prosperity and stability of the whole financial market for its core and main part status in securities market .In addition，treasure bond market provides a wide scope for central bank’s macro-economic management. Its maturity influences the effect of central bank’s macro-economic management directly.There are still many existing problems related with treasure bond market though it has got a great development since year 1981.lt is the urgent task faced us to solve effectively all these problems.Based on the scrutiny of the history of treasure bond market and the analysis on the existing problems，this thesis poses the objectives of our national theory of treasure bond market .It gives an analysis in detail on the current condition of treasure bond market from two aspects ranged from issue market to circulation market while sticking to treasure bond market development aim .After that，this thesis gives some suggestion and countermeasures on treasure bond market from the successful experiences from abroad.
