电子商务环境下第三方物流发展对策
摘  要
电子商务是20世纪信息化、网络化的产物,由于其自身特点已引起了人们的广泛注意。电子商务是信息传播的保证,而物流是实现电子商务的保证。网络,既是物流企业服务客户的基础平台,也是物流企业发展和竞争的焦点资源。第三方物流是电子商务发展的产物,随着电子商务的发展,第三方物流的发展有了更广阔的空间,将面临新的机遇和挑战。随着中国加入WTO,信息技术的发展和网络的普及,电子商务在我国经济中的发展明显加快,对我国传统的物流运输企业提出了更高、更迫切的要求。
本文主要通过对第三方物流的发展现状分析,通过理论分析和案例分析,以及对国内外情况的比较,找出电子商务环境下我国第三方物流存在的问题。本文借鉴国外成功的经验,立足于我国国情,从第三方物流网站建设等方面提出电子商务环境下我国第三方物流发展对策。

Abstract
E-commerce is the product of the network and information technology of 20th century. It has attracted people's attention because of its own characteristics. E-commerce is the guarantee of the information dissemination, and logistics is the guarantee of the realization of e-commerce. Network is not only the based platform of the customer service of a logistics company, but also the main resource of logistics companies for developing and competing. The third-party logistics is the product of e-commerce’s development. With the development of the e-commerce, the third-party logistics has boarder space for development and it’s facing new opportunities and challenges. With China's accession to the WTO, the development of information technology and the popularity of Internet, e-commerce's development have accelerated noticeably in China. Higher and more pressing requirements have been put forward to traditional logistics business.
This thesis analyzes the status of the third-party logistics through theoretical analysis and case study, and find out the existing problems of the third-party logistics in China. Learning from successful experiences abroad and basing on the actual situation in China, the thesis brings out some strategy for development of the third-part logistics in e-commerce environment through setting up website and some other means.
