xx市企业核心竞争力的培育研究
摘    要
随着我国加入WTO，企业面临的竞争将更加激烈。在未来激烈的市场竞争中，如何创造并维持自身的竞争优势就成为企业需要解决的一个重要问题。核心竞争力理论是伴随知识经济的发展而产生的一个新概念，是传统意义上企业竞争概念的深层次发展。核心竞争力能够帮助企业创造企业独有的、可以实现赢利的可持续竞争优势。
本文旨在通过对江门市企业核心竞争力的培育研究，阐述了企业核心竞争力的基本内涵，分析了江门市核心竞争力的培育现状，在此基础上，提出培育企业核心竞争力的对策，希望能够对江门市企业核心竞争力的提升，起到理论借鉴和指导的作用。

关键词：核心竞争力；企业制度；企业文化
Abstract
Entering into WTO, the competition the enterprises face is fiercer. In the coming fierce marketing competition, how to create and maintain competitive advantage has been the key problem to be solved urgently. With the development of knowledge economy, the core competence theory emerges and is profound development of traditional enterprise competition. The core competence can help create exclusive and profitable competitive advantage for enterprises.
This paper studies the core competence in Jiangmen province. The paper elaborates basic connotation of the core competence and analyzes the current cultivation of the core competence in Jiangmen, and put forward some measures to cultivate the core competence. By way of research on the core competence of enterprises, the paper hopes to gives rise to the effect of theory guidance to promotion of the core competence in Jiangmen.
