摘    要

新《劳动合同法》的颁布实施是尊重劳动,保护劳动者权益的重要举措,也是我国社会主义现代化建设的根本要求, 体现了社会主义制度的优越性和生命力。它在坚持我国劳动合同制度基本框架的同时,又针对性地解决了现行劳动合同中存在的一些主要问题, 是对我国劳动法律保障体系的进一步完善。但新《劳动合同法》出台对我国社会经济的发展产生重大的影响,劳动者的合法权益得到更大保障,企业亦面临不断的挑战。
本文对这一新的《劳动合同法》在我国的影响予以关注,通过对珠三角经济发展的特点研究以及现行劳动合同制度的对比分析,找出新《劳动合同法》对社会造成的重大影响,从而探讨企业与政府的对策,最后结合自己的观点,提出与该法相关的一些问题与不足。

Abstract

The new Labor Contract Law is an important establishment to further respect and protect the rights of laborers.  Such law sets the minimum requirements for the advancement of modernization and reflects the strengthes of socialism.In supporting the basic framework, the new Labor Contract Law also eliminates various problems in the old system as well as introduces many improvements.  With that being said, the new law creates substantial impacts on the economic development of the society and creates new challenges for businesses to consider.
This thesis is concerned with the effects of the new Labor Contract Law.  Through the analysis and comparison of the economic developments in Zhujiang Delta, this thesis will try to explain the substantial impacts the new Labor Contract Law has on Socialism, discuss the support of the government, and discover the benefits and costs of the new law.
