当前我国物价上涨的原因及对策分析

当前我国物价上涨主要是由食品价格和原材料与燃料动力价格上涨引发的，大部分生产资料价格相对稳定，但多数分类消费支出价格有明显的上涨趋势，消费价格指数CPI存在较强的上涨压力。影响物价上涨的因素是多方面的，既有国内的因素，也有国际性的因素和影响；既有总量原因，也有结构性的原因；既有需求拉动的因素，也有成本推动的影响，加上市场的预期，还有财富效应等等，是一种综合影响的结果。此外，本文还分析了物价上涨带来的影响，主要对国民经济的影响、资源的浪费和居民生活的影响三方面进行分析。针对本轮物价上涨的原因，结合国际上一些国家应对物价上涨的措施，笔者从消费品价格、贸易顺差、资产流动性过剩、房地产价格、潜在通货膨胀压力、人民币升值、城镇居民收入、农业的建设、出口退税率和利息、利息税等十方面作出相应的对策建议。

Abstract

Nowadays, price inflation in China is mainly caused by the food costs soring and the rise in price of raw materials and fuel. The prices of  most production material are much more stable, but the trend of most classified consumer spending is obviously upwards and there is much stronger upward pressure for the CPI index. The factors, which influence price inflation, are various including both domestic and international ,both overall and structural, both pulled by demand and costs factors and influence, in addition to that of market expectation and wealth effect and so on. In a word, it is a result of complex impact. Furthermore, this paper briefly analyzes the influence of inflation from price inflation from the prespective of the influence of national economy , waste of resources and citizen's life. It also contraposes the root cause of the current price inflation, combining the counter-measures taken by the International to deal with inflation, the writer puts forward about ten relevant proposal aspects including consumable price, trade surplus, excess liquidity, house estate prices, potential inflation pressure, the RMB inflation, the income of towners, the agricultural development, export rebate rate and interest, interest tax and so on.
