我国中小企业国际化经营战略研究
摘    要

改革开放以来,我国中小企业迅速成长,成为国民经济的重要组成部分。随着经济全球化和区域一体化的深入发展,国与国之间的联系更加紧密,为中国企业尤其是中小企业走出国门,在更广领域、更大规模、更高层次上开展合作提供了有利条件。中小企业进行国际化经营,参与国际竞争成为必然趋势。
本文共分四部分:第一部分从中小企业的界定和国际化经营战略的内容入手,提出了开展中小企业国际化经营的重要意义。第二部分分析了中小企业实施国际化经营战略的必要性和可行性,并剖析中小企业国际化经营战略的实施情况。第三部分运用SWOT战略分析方法,分别从优势、劣势、机会和威胁四个方面分析我国中小企业国际化经营的现状,并从产业、区位和进入模式三方面提出中小企业国际化战略的选择思路。第四部分是关于对策和建议部分,主要是针对上述分析得出的问题,从企业内部竞争力、政府政策和社会中介机构三方面提出建议。

Abstract

Since Chinese reform and opening-up, small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) have been growing and developing rapidly, constituting the important part of national economy. With the deepening of economic globalization and regional integration, the relations between countries are getting closer, Chinese enterprises especially SMEs are provided beneficial environment for going out side to carry out cooperation in a wider area、on a larger scale and at a higher level. It is an inevitable trend for SME to launch international operation and attend the international competition. 
This paper is divided four parts: the first part starts from the definition of SME and the content of international strategy, proposing the important means of carrying out SME international operation. The second part analyzes the necessity、feasibility and the current situation of SME implementing international strategy. Using SWOT analytic method, the third part studies the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats of Chinese SME. Then, proposing the process choice of SME international operation, including industry choice、area choice、the pattern to come into the international market choice. The fourth part is about suggestions, including competitiveness of enterprise、government policy and social intermediary organization three aspects, which focus on the problems above-mentioned.
