浅谈如何建立资源节约型生活方式

摘 要
    众所周知，能源、原材料、水、土地等自然资源是人类赖以生存和发展的基础，是经济社会可持续发展的重要的物质保证。自有人类以来，大自然就一直为人类的发展与进步提供了各种各样的资源，而人类对于各种各样的需求是在改变环境的活动中诞生和发展起来的。但是这种发展却是以资源的消耗为代价的高消费和高浪费，人类的贪婪和浪费对自己居住的环境产生了严重的破坏，而环境的恶化危及到了人类的正常生活和身体健康，甚至危及到人类的生存。
    而另一方面伴随着价值观的更新、收入水平的提高，人们越来越向往健康向上、幸福和谐美好的生活，追求生活质量的生活方式应运而生。在这样的情况之下，人类提出了建立节约资源的生活方式，进而提高生活质量的方案。
    本文着重从生活方式和生活质量的概念和关系出发，通过对时下人类生活方式和生活质量关系的分析，指出建立节约资源型的生活方式的必要性，旨在对我国如何在可持续发展理论指导下建立节约型社会的启迪。

Abstract
    As is known to all, natural resource such as energy resources, raw materials, water and soil is not only the basis of survival and development for human, but also the important substance guarantee of sustainable development of economy society. On the one hand, the nature has provided various resources for human’s development and advancement all the way since human appear. On the other hand, the demands of various resources for human have emerged and developed while they altering the environment. However, the development was high-consumed and high-wasted at the cost of expending the resources. Human’s greed and extravagant have drastically destroyed the environment in which human live. Even worse, the exacerbate environment human’s normal life and health, even the survival.
With the renewal of the sense of worth and the improvement of level of income, people are more and more looking forward to the healthy, happy, harmonious and nice life. The life style of pursuing quality of life emerge of life emerges as the times require. Under these circumstances, people advance a scenario which is establish a life style with resource saving, then improve the quality of life.
This paper emphatically begin with the concept and relation of life style and quality, point out the necessity of establishing life style with resource saving via analyzing the relationship between life style and quality . The intention is to enlighten our nation how to build an abstemious society under the theory of sustainable development,
