论提高生活质量与优化产业结构的相互促进关系

对产业结构优化升级的研究是世界性、前沿性的理论与实践课题，也是我国工业化过程中的热点课题。本文循着“生活质量——消费结构——产业结构——实现提高生活质量与优化产业结构互促”逻辑顺序谈优化产业结构，其基本观点是：生活质量的提高和产业结构优化是通过消费结构升级来实现的。具体地说，提高生活质量和优化产业结构的相互促进关系可细化成经济发展、提高生活质量、消费结构升级和产业结构优化的相互关系。
全文分为五大部分。第一提出经济发展与产业结构的关系；第二指出与本课题相关的评价生活水平和生活质量的两个指标（人均GDP和恩格尔系数）；第三讨论生活质量与消费结构的关系并将研究重点转移到消费结构与产业结构的相互关系上；第四在分析消费结构与产业结构的关系的前提下分析消费结构与产业结构如何相互影响；最后在总结前四部分所述关系的基础上提出建立提高生活质量与优化产业结构的相互促进机制。

Abstract

The research on the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure is not only a global, cutting-edge topic which is considered both practical and theoretical, but also a hot spot in the industrial development of our nation. This article talks about the optimization of industrial structure in accordance with the logical order as follows: quality of life-consumption structure-industrial structure-how to realize the mutual promotion between advancement of quality of life and optimization of industrial structure. Its basic point is that advancement of consumption structure helps advancement of quality of life and optimization of industrial structure to come true. Concretely, the mutual promotion relationship between advancement of quality of life and optimization of industrial structure can be separated into mutual relationships among economic development, advancement of quality of life, advancement of the upgrading of consumption structure and optimization of industrial structure.
This paper is divided into five parts. Firstly, it points out the relation between economic development and industrial structure. Secondly, it puts forward two indexes (Average per person GDP and Engel's coefficient) to estimate level of life and quality of life. Thirdly, it states the relationship between quality of life and consumption structure, and then shifts the research emphasis to the mutual relationship between consumption structure and industrial structure. Fourthly, based on analyzing the relationship between consumption structure and industrial structure, it analyzes the influence between them. Finally, on the basis of showing relationship mentioned above, it suggests the mutual promotion mechanism between advancement of quality of life and optimization of industrial structure.
