中小企业利用风险投资的对策研究
摘  要

改革开放以来，我国经济能够保持持续发展，中小企业起到了举足轻重的作用，但由于中小企业自身存在的特点，特别是融资困难成为中小企业发展的绊脚石。然而风险投资不仅解决了资金短缺问题，而且还能提高技术创新能力，改善经营管理等不足。因此，对风险投资进行研究具有特殊重要意义。
本文在了解风险投资的基本概况的基础上，分别探讨国内外风险投资的利用状况，特别深入研究我国中小企业利用风险投资的实际情况，指出中小企业的发展需要风险投资的支撑；结合具体案例，分析我国目前中小企业利用风险投资存在的主要问题及成因，并全面、系统地提出一系列的可行的对策建议，从而，有效地解决中小企业融资难的问题，促进了中小企业的持续、健康、快速发展。

Abstract
Since reform and opening up, small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in maintaining sustainable development on China's economy. But because of small and medium-sized enterprises own characteristic, in particular, the difficulties in financing become the stumbling block of their development. However the venture capital has not only been able to solve the fund shortage problem, but also can enhance the ability of the technological innovation and the difficulties in financing improve the insufficiencies such as management and so on. Therefore, it is a special meaning to research the venture capital.
On the basis of understanding the situation of venture capital, this article discussed the domestic and foreign venture capital utilization situation respectively, especially deeply researched the actual situation that small and medium-sized enterprises using venture capital, then pointed out that the development of small and medium-sized enterprises need venture capital support, combining specific case. The paper analyzed the main problems and original causes of small and medium-sized enterprises using venture capital and proposed a series of feasible countermeasures and suggestions totally and systematically to solve the difficulties in financing of the small and medium-sized enterprise effectively, and to promote the small and medium-sized enterprise develops fast, continually and healthily.
