xx市专业镇发展对策研究
摘 要
在进入21世纪以后，受到经济全球化发展的影响，区域经济发展改变了“一刀切”的全面发展思路，重点发展具备比较优势的产业成为各区域的战略选择。专业镇则是基于这一思路在珠江三角洲拔地而起，从形态上来看它属于产业集群的一种形式；从发展能力来看它是在我国生产力水平并不高的背景下建立起来的，有着极高的发展空间也存在较多的缺陷。
我国的专业镇的发展与当前全球化背景下的产业集群模式有着较大的差距。本文首先对专业镇的定义以及对经济的影响进行概述，接着阐述广东省的专业镇的建设的情况，以及它的发展对广东省的经济的影响。着重在于对江门市的专业镇的发展的情况的分析。从产业集群的视角对江门市专业镇发展中的问题进行分析，探讨造成这些问题产生的根源；按照产业集群的原理，借鉴珠三角的一些专业镇的成功的经验以及一些失败教训，并预测日后发展中将会面临挑战和机遇，从政府和企业的角度分别提出解决这些问题的对策。

Abstract
After entering the 21st century, because of the effect of globalization, the all-round development idea has been changed into the regional economic development one, and focusing on developing the industries with comparative advantage is each area’s strategic choice. The rise of professional towns from Pearl River Delta is based on this idea. From the morphological point of views, it belongs to the industrial colony form, but looked from the development ability, it is established under the background of low level country productive forces, and meanwhile it has the extremely high development opportunities and many flaws.
There is a grate gap between the development of Professional Town and the “Industry Cluster” pattern under the background of globalization. The article first discusses the definition of Professional Town and its economic influences, and then elaborates the construction conditions of Professional Town and its effect on the economy of Guangdong province. The paper puts the emphasis on the development level in Jiangmen city. It analyses the problems of Jiangmen professional town development from the industrial colony's view and discusses the root of the problems. According to some successful and unsuccessful experiences of other professional towns in Pearl River Delta in terms of industry cluster form, this article analyzes the challenge and chance of the professional town in the future, and tries to find out measures respectively from government and enterprises’ view.
