xx市电子信息产业技术创新体系研究
摘    要
随着经济全球化的发展，依靠技术进步，推动信息产业结构升级己成为提升国家竞争力的核心。当前我国经济发展正处在一个关键时期，以信息技术为代表的新技术革命正深刻改变着人类生产生活的方式，信息产业己经成为国民经济的重要支柱。本文针对江门市当前信息产业技术创新存在的问题，综合分析当前江门市信息产业技术创新体系建设的优势和劣势，面临的机会和挑战，系统研究了创新理论的形成和发展历程，并对发达国家的技术创新体系建设进行了比较研究，分析了国外技术创新体系建设的现状和特点，通过借鉴这些国家的成功经验，结合江门市技术创新体系发展的历史和现状，建立江门市信息产业创新体系的架构和层次关系。

Abstract
     With the globalization development of economy，promoting the upgrade of industrial structure by technological progress has become the core of national competitive ability.At present，the development of society and economy in our country is located in a key period，the ways of production and living are deeply changed by the new technology revolution delegated by information technology.Information industry has already become the core pillar of national economy.This article discusses the problems existing in Jiangmen City，s information industry innovation system.The advantages and disadvantages，the opportunities and challenges of information industry technology innovation system in Jiangmen City are analyzed，The state of foreign Information industry innovation system is analyzed，and the successful experiences are summarized.The scheme and the inter-layer relationship of Jiangmen City，s Information industry innovation system are made out based on those successful experiences and the development history of Jiangmen City，s Information industry innovation system.
