摘要:体育锻炼既是身体活动又是心理活动,同样健康及有生理健康又有心理健康,体育锻炼和心理健康之间是一种相互作用、相互制约的关系,体育锻炼有助于促进心理健康,心理健康也有助于个人的学习和技能的掌握,对提高体育成绩及坚持体育锻炼具有重要作用。

Abstract: The physical training not only is the bodily activity also is the psychological activity, the similar health and has the physiological health also to have the psychologically healthy, between the physical training and the psychologically healthy is the relations which one kind affects mutually, restricts mutually, the physical training is helpful to the promotion psychologically healthy, the psychologically healthy is also helpful to individual study and skill grasping, to enhances the sports result and the insistence physical training has the vital role.
